Foreign student with many doubts

I'm Guilherme and I'm from Brazil... I'm studying Dentistry and I've been reading about that profession in Australia... I've read some coments on this chat and I'd like ask you how is Dentistry in your country...
I know just a little about this subject...
Is hard to get the permission to work there??
Are the international dentists respected? Do they earn good salaries? Is hard to get a job in the public health?? What areas/specialities do you think are the best ones?
I'm interested in oral medicine (oral cancer, cyst, etc) and dental implants... I've been working in a research project with dental implants... we are studying "bone quality"... do you think it a good area?

I don't know about the Visa situation, however, you would need to sit and pass an examination before practising in Australia.

I think respect comes from an individual's approach to their profession, not so much where they studied dentistry. As far as remuneration is concerned, well, that really depends on what you regard as a 'good' salary. Most dentists seem to make a reasonable living with some doing very well.

The best specialty is the one that you are interested in... therefore you have answered your own question.

Cheers
