This course addresses the mechanisms of action of products used in in-office whitening, as well as the clinical armamentarium. It stresses the safety issues relating to these light sources and also from the application of irritant and corrosive materials in the mouth. The course includes a written examination. This course is recognised formally by the Dental Boards in QLD and VIC.
